Clear photos of the product (if damaged/incorrect item)

Approval & Pickup

Once your return request is approved, we’ll arrange for a reverse pickup from your address (wherever serviceable).

In case reverse pickup is not available, you may be requested to courier the item to our return address.

Inspection & Refund

After we receive and inspect the product, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Refunds for prepaid orders will be done via the original mode of payment.

COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
