WATER THE BEST MEDICINE.

We don’t value things available for free to us. But water is something which is free available easy and is the best medicine given to us by mother nature.

Although the quantum of water intake is directly related to the weather conditions of the place you are residing in. In very hot and humid climatic conditions having upward of 3 litres of water a day is not a bad idea and in a cold environment around 2 litres of water, a day is optimum. 

Flowing water is always contamination-free as the contamination is removed in the flow of the water. Same applies to the Human bodies, Having water intake at regular intervals not only drives out the toxins in our body but also keeps our body hydrated. 

Depriving the body of hydration leaves us with a weak body and a depressed mind. But gulping down water in a large quantity is neither advisable nor healthy.  

So what are the best practices of having water?

  • You should have 2 glasses of water immediately once you wakeup.
  • And then have a glass of water at regular intervals of maybe around one hour till about 6.00 P.M. 
  • Do not have water at least 30 minutes before having food and 30 minutes after having food. As that will have a slowdown effect on your digestion.
  • After 6.00 P.M. have water only when you feel thirsty as that will avoid sleep disturbances for you.
  • It is best advisable to have lukewarm water throughout the day.
